Services: The Association is a multi-purpose organization providing a wide variety of benefits and services to the construction industry more particularly described as follows: §
providing a Plans Room (electronic
and hardcopy) to members so they may View projects which are out for tender; §
publishing a weekly bulletin
which is distributed by fax or email and available daily on CiNet; §
produce hard copies from CD’s; §
coordinating governmental
relations with Municipal, Provincial and Federal Governments; §
monitoring all new
Legislation and Regulations of Government which may affect the industry; §
educating and training
members in keeping them up-to-date with new changes in professional and
technical requirements as well as the new electronic media; §

members By virtue of the membership in the Saint John Construction Information Centre, members are also members of the Construction Association of New Brunswick and the Canadian Construction Association. The coordination of the efforts of the Provincial and National Associations with the local association is also a very important role. |
