News: The Times-They Are a Changin’ For a number of reasons the plans room and labour relations sides of the Saint John Construction Association have split into two completely separate entities . The labour relations side kept the name Saint John Construction Association and contractors will become entitled to receive services of this association (SJCA), by virtue of their collective agreements. The plans room side has become known as Saint John Construction Information Centre, Inc. under the management of Carol O’Brien and it’s Board of Directors (formerly from S.J.C.A.) Privilege of membership to all general and sub contractors, suppliers, associates, and professional services will be by payment of dues on an annual basis. When you pay these membership dues, you are automatically a member of the Construction Association of New Brunswick and the Canadian Construction Association. There are many new and exciting changes which will make
membership not only much more valuable but almost essential to your
continuing success in Canada’s largest industry. Please take the time to
review these changes, many of which are presently in place.

The plans room is available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week via a card access. §
You are able to produce or
order full size drawings of any projects on display. The cost will be charged
to your account. Of course you will no longer be able to take plans from the
plans room as they must be made available to others 24-7.

projects; providing automatic notification by E-Mail of addendums and
extensions. §
View and/or print addendums
on line. §
View, print, and/or order

List of plans takers §
Information notices from
your local association §
Bulletin updated on a daily
basis §
Private Planroom available
to post Invited Only Tenders
